Merwick Nursing Home, I give it five stars. My reason on that is I felt safe and was well taken care of. I’m saying this to the fact that I’ve seen the teamwork that they do here at Merwick. I would like to thank the unit manager, Ms. B for the attention that she provided to me when I needed her help. Also, thanks to nurse Dee for being a very wonderful nurse for caring and taking time to answer my questions. I can’t forget about Ms. Rose and Ms. Marie who do their job very well, they need more like them. I can’t leave out the 3-11 shift; nurse Jay and also the CNA’s, you guys take care of your residents very well.

Ms. Kelly thank you for having me at Merwick, best nursing home i have ever been in. Nurse Sheba thank you for keeping a smile on my face even when I was feeling down. Special thanks to Ms. Christina the activities director who always made time to fit me in.

My father, Jinsui Wu, who is turning 93 by year end, has been at Merwick for about one year. We are so lucky to be part of Merwick care family. His condition has gradually improved. The caregivers are very kind and supportive, which makes I feel very secure that he is being taken cared. He is also looking forward to his enjoyable daily routine. The care at Merwick was excellent and deserving of 5 stars. I chose Merwick based on a family member’s prior positive experience. I arrived with severe wounds but have significantly improved—now I am spending the entire day out of bed and independently using a wheelchair. I especially enjoyed upper and lower body strengthening exercises. Merwick had made a great impression for its cleanliness and pleasant smell. My highlights include the polite and kind staff, and good food. I would definitely recommend Merwick to others
